Text of Complaint by Nilesh Ghorad:

I have received “USED” product that I returned. Then I received earphone which doesn’t get charged. Now I have been raising complaint since last more than a month to PayTm, every time they say we are resolving your issue- it will be picked up in next TWO days. till now just I get the calls, no resolution. I am totally distressed and spoiled my valuable time So I want full money back with Rs. 5000 compensation for mental harassment that I have gone thru. Please help this out.
