I recently ordered a computer mouse from swiggy. Received a non working mouse. Got in touch with their customer care and they say you should contact portronics for that defect. I am pretty sure that now portronics guys will ask me to visit their service center. It is stupid that i spend 500 rs of petrol to get a replacement of a mouse that costs 400. This should be the responsibility of swiggy to deliver working products
