I had ordered 3 no.s of Bajaj Edge HS Ceiling Fans (Order Date: 05-JUL-2021, Order #: 402-3572758-8507552, Order total: Rs 4641.00 (3 items)
The delivery agent delivered only one. When we open the package, there was only 1 unit. When we called by to the delivery guy, he asked to raised a complaint and the same was done on delivery day (11-JUL_2021). Amazon team says that they have delivered 3 units and there will be no concession or refunds. This is a clear case of fraud by Amazon India.
Attached the images of the delivery box and the invoice printed on it.
Please take this up to the max level and get it resolved.
