Respected sir,
I Jayanth Anumolu, the person who ordered the product through the Amazon.in online store on 2021 April 7, and in the Amazon.in they had gave the information of order delivery date in between 2021 April 22 to 2021 April 26. But till now(2021 Jun 06) I have not received the item and I also lost return policy also. Due to this issue, I also many times tried to contact with the Amazon customer service toll free Number which is 180030009009, and every time, only the computer received my call, I as a customer I followed the customer service instructions. it said, 1) download the application, 2)open the help desk to complaint in the customer support. but in application there no links to cancel the order or to do anything.
Please consider me to raise this complaint on Amazon.in
