Hello i am jyotirmayee patro i was ordered boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ Bluetooth Neckband with Upto 60 Hours Playback, ASAP Charge, IPX7, Dual Pairing and Bluetooth v5.2(Navy Blue) on 30th October 2023 from Amazon india it was delivered on 2nd November 2023 but I received different coloured product from Amazon side so i returned this product then it was picked up on 6th November 2023 but there was an issue arised that it was 24days passed but i did not get any refund from Amazon i contact to the customer care but they couldn’t take any action so i request you to please investigate my issue and resolve it as soon as possible
