I ordered food on August 12, 2021 at 11:01 PM worth ₹259.20 from the Zomato. It was delayed by 40 minute. I received my food and it was totally cold and soggy because it was delayed by 40 minute. I have Initiated the chat and I had word with 4 different agent but I did not get resolution. In spite of asking about the issue agent asked me to cancel the order and place new order. It was already 12:45. I have asked them to raise complaint but they did not acknowledge my concern. I have that connect me to your supervisor but again there were no acknowledgment. All four agent disconnected the chat while I was typing.
Can you tell what kind of service that you are providing.
