Dear Consumer Complaint Courts,
I have placed an order at Amazon on 7th June 2021 (Order Id: 171-2730481-7729109) also got the update in the app that item will be delivered between 12-Jun-2021 to 16-Jun-2021 but it was got cancelled on 10-June-2021 1.30PM (after 3 Days) without any notice & I got my payment back.
Also I have contacted Amazon Support team & they said this is because of third party seller & not because of them , also said that there was no solution apart from refund..
Actually were(I and My Mom and Brother) was waiting for that item for the last 3days & suddenly it got cancelled even without any prior notice or call.. Why should I wait for 3days to get such irresponsible update & why did they informed on the app that it will be displayed between above mentioned days. Also I tried to place an order for the same item again because we liked that product now the price got changed drastically from 9000 to 29000.. So I need solution on this . I want the same item for the same price..
Amazon should take the responsibility for this because I don’t know who is supplier and all. This is totally frustrating…Please take an action and do the needful…
