We have online redmi 9 mobile but when we received mobile it’s not on and black screen shown. We return the product so we call customer care they make return and make pick up but 4 to 5 time pick up made but always pick up man said mobile not on so we can not verify em number so please cancelled verification. Then 2 time I asked Amazon customer care to they again made pick up and write about verify code cancelled but mobile not return and not money return.
