I bought four items in a single order on 22nd SEP 2022 Order ID – OD126064092588700000 worth 1346 rs.
I opted for COD and later changed my payment mode to credit card and paid for the product my bank account got debited. Till now 14th Oct 2022 products is not delivered actually the product is not shipped at all.I contacted there customer care and raised the issue they were telling to wait for 24hrs. When ever I contacted them with the issue they were repeating to wait for 24hrs. As cancel option is not available at my end I told the customer care executive to cancel the order and refund the money but they were also not able to cancel and the reason the say is technical issue and wait for 24hrs the issue will be resolved. But till now no solution is provided .Now the situation is I didnt get the products and also lost my money .They are not cancelling the products and refund is also not provided.
