This is a complaint regarding order number 39231, wherein an order for a few clothes worth INR 1960/- was placed on the 19th August’2020 and still not received it.
Got to know about this website through one of the ads over Instagram, and placed the order. I did get an email of order being placed however no email communication is there till now. Even after raising a complaint over the email (as there is no other way to contact them) , there is no response. Hope it can be looked into at the earliest.
