I placed online order on Amazon.in dated 18.10.2020 amounting Rs. 5779.10. These items are basically pantry and household items. In the order, there was 3 nos. mustard oil alongwith other items.
Once we open the items for reconciliation, we found that one (1) bottle of Mustard oil is missing. I raised the complaint on Amazon.in customer support and they told that they will provide resolution till 25.10.2020 and asked me to contact them on 25.10.2020.
I called them on 27.10.2020 and got to know that, they are saying that the items has been delivered which infact is missing in the consignment.
I asked them to escalate the matter for further enquiry, they told we cannot do anything in this matter and disconnected the call.
