I had placed an order from decathlon on 3rd of July 2023, order ID number- 2323563578, and have tried to contact the customer care via phone calls as well as emails but they have been saying it’s a technical issue and till today that is 26th July 2023 there is no update on the order. The payment was also done so when asked for refund they are saying it’s not under their control and their technical team has not replied. It is too harassing for me to ask for updates on regular basis and now they have stopped responding to my emails
