I ordered Urban terrain Bicycle on 1 st Oct order no.404-3352549-2177132 , its been 12 days ,same status is showing that is preparing for dispatch. Initially the date of delivery was 7 Oct and now has been shifted to 7Nov. Now I wanted to cancel my order and wants to get refund but 5 they are not cancelling the order, trying from last 1 week. I I called customer care 4 times and even they are not resolving my request to cancel the product neither the product is getting shipped. My money has been taken and neither they are delivering nor canceling order.
This is complete fraud as my money has been kept by them from last 12 days and neither they are canceling and refunding me money nor they are delivering the product and since they couldn’t even ship till 7 Oct then they shift the date for delivery from 7 Oct to 7 Nov. Kindly take appropriate actions
