I had placed the order #172839509005, with a delivery time of 30 mins and the order was not delivered after 2 hours when I called up they cancelled the order and processed the refund and saying you can place a fresh order again. I was waiting for two hours of my time for the order to be delivered and they not only cancelled the order and they are saying you can place a fresh order if you wish to. There is no call or update from the SWIGGY to inform the customer about the order until I ask them and they are doing this with multiple customers unless until there is something done on this they will never value the customer.
