Order ID: OD225740374920217000. I had made this order on 15th of August 2022, and it was to be delivered by 27th August. but it was not received by 27th, and i got an email, that it would be delivered by 3rd September. but the product was not received by 3rd also. then I received an email, that the product will be received by 8th September. But the product was not received, and i got a email that it would be delivered by 14th September. the product was not received by 14th September, and then I received an email, that there is an unexpected delay in delivering the product. I have contacted the customer support many times. every time they say that the issue will be resolved, and that the product will be delivered, but till now, the product has not been delivered. And when i ask them to cancel and refund me back, then they say that the order cannot be cancelled as per their policy. when I ask them to connect me with a higher authority person, they disconnect the call. they always send me an email that your issue has been escalated and it would be resolved by this and this date and time, but no one contacts me or emails me after that, and then they send me a computerized email that your query has been resolved. So, now, they have not delivered my product, and they don’t know when it would deliver, and they always send false emails regarding having contacted and resolving the issue. They have not provided me the tracking number till now, despite asking them many times. No senior person has spoken till now, despite my repeated asking. I have called multiple times since past 20 days, but they are not delivering my product, are not refunding me, and have caused much mental harassment to me till now.
