I had ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 23rd September 2022, but today its 8th of October yet they haven’t delivered my order to me and giving silly excuses to wait till 12th October and etc.
My order id of Flipkart is : OD126077042906531000.
Please look into the matter, I am in a lot of duress. I want Flipkart to compensate for the damages they caused me like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order which they call a glitch but it should happen. They need to learn their mistake and pay for it.

I have a query & Complaint regarding my order delivery whose delivery time has been scheduled on 28 sep 2022, but I don’t know my package has not been even shipped yet.
Also Flipkart Customer Executive suggested me to cancel my old order & place a fresh new order.
I have placed order as per our requirement & offer as they were shown at that time of booking.
Can I get same offers & discount on my fresh order?
Also why my Grossery item has not been shipped yet, the offers & discount is only for promotion or actual profit I can use
Also your Costomer Executive are very irresponsible, not much interest for their duty & not given proper service & reply.
Very disappoint with this type of service & manner of you team.
Please tell my all the queries. Because your costumer executive are able to answer me effectively.

My order is not delivered after long time

I have purchased red tape brand jul 08 price Rs.935 and received same product but quality was not good so I have returned that shoe. Ekart delivery person not pick up my shoe. Pick up person said to reason serial number not matched so not pick up , I contact many time for customer care but my problem not resolved, I’m really very depressed, This is not my fault serial number queries not my responsibility but I’m affected,I’m believe to you Please need to resolve my problem as soon as possible
