Hi,
I was trying to recharge my metro card() from paytm application. But, the transaction was failed and I received a message regarding the failed transaction. My number order number was 5183857435. I have done payment on 18th May at 08:26 AM.
Please return my money back ASAP.

Since from morning I called Mr. Mohammed and he given me the reference No-67563646 and told me to get refunded in 2 hours, after that again I called Mr . ShKTI MOHAN and got the reference no- 5707 and got the information it has been escalated to concern department and will be resolved soon and passed the call to the superior but nothing happens, Then made a call to Mr. Shakti mohan received the same answer, after that to Mr. Sandeep again same it will be resolved, then to Mr. Arsh again same answer, then to Mr. saheel again same it will resolved, Then to Mr. Surender again the same commitment but no resolution and at last to Miss. Deepali,
Are you helping or making fool if not possible why so many(Reference No.: 67616412), (Reference No.: 67573352), (Reference No.: 67563625).
Please look into this and want the resolution ASAP or else I have to follow the law with the help of media.
