Ordered from Paytm mall.
Order not received yet, order description says order delivered.
I did the follow up with customer care, they done the investigation with courier partner and said issue resolved saying order delivered.
As I customer still I’m not received the order.
I’m really fed up,asked them to arrange a call but not done.
From past one week I’m doing the follow up, yesterday they came up with the solution of ordered delivered to manosarii, I don’t know who is manosarii.
