Sir/ Madam
Order no. 173604262104 placed on 28th July 2023 via Swiggy of amount ₹211/-.
The delivery partner refused to deliver the order. I tried contacting him but he wouldn’t pick up the calls. I needed the order urgently as I had to attend a class in a few moments but the guy just won’t deliver it. Later the Swiggy executives say that this isn’t their fault and they can’t do anything and won’t refund my order, even after i contacted them multiple times and even mailing the concerned party.
Even their policy clearly states that if the delivery partner does not deliver the order the buyer will not have to pay any penalty but now they are refusing to pay me back. Please help me get my refund.
