I’m travelling from kerala to Bangalore. I ordered pizza from Oven story pizza around 8:30pm, it was showing me it will be delivered in Coimbatore by 11:15pm. It was a long wait for us, the app showed the order was picked up and waiting for us at the station. When we reached the station, no one was there to deliver, we tried calling the number provided in the app, it was not reachable. Eventually the train left, and when I called the oven story pizza, they said it was cancelled by the kitchen dept long ago. And for the refund they asked us to contact the IRCTC app. I probed to contact the supervisor to show my disappointment in the service, but it was not done, I waited for 3hours to get the food and it was for waste, and now as it’s already too late I cannot find any other food places for dinner, utter disappointment.
