I ordered two Fancy Latest women Gowns in meesho on 09th September 2023 at 2.26 pm and 2.27 pm respectively for which i already paid the amount throught online payment. On 16th September 2023 i only received one product but in meesho app they marked both the products are delivered and after contacting to meesho help centre on 17th September 2023, they were saying that being the same supplier for for the both products they sent in a single pack both products and that is why it is showing as delivered for both products and i will not get the refund for this product and will not get my another product as well and they were saying that they are helpless in this matter. How come it is my fault when seller sent 2 products in a single pack and received only 1 product and order id for the products also different to each.
And even i tried to cancel the products by mentioning as missing of the product but they had cancelled my return requests also.
I am sharing screenshot of both the products for your kind information and consideration.
Kindly look into this matter.
