I ordered 3 dresses on 1st july 2020but till now i didnt get any response from them.. i sent an email for the update of my order but on that also i didnt get any response

I have ordered a dress on 20th october my order number is 16579 but not received till now. Twincefab is fraud website please don’t buy from them. In doing this facebook is a main place they are bcoz facebook allows them to do there promotion on there platform to make people fool of them.
