I have placed an online order from “Moon Goddess Couture “on April 3 2022.I got the order confirmation on the same day. As per their rules i should receiver the product with in 45 days. I register the query of my product not received through their portal twice. Both the time i received an automatic replay like ” You will receive the product soon”.Now its approximately 4 month from the day of my order i have not received the product. As the screen shot of their product rules cannot be taken from the site i am not attaching the same. I have attached two replay i received from the team.
Could you please look in to this and do the needful ASAP.
