I ordered a product in 3rd January 2023. My order delivery date was from 7th to 10th January . Initially it showed my order is running late and will be delivered by 14th January. It’s been more than two weeks. Still no sign of delivery and there is no option to return the order. I have contacted them to no avail. My Order Number is 406-0113736-5285125 and Order Date is 03.01.2023
