I ordered my food at 8 pm from mamta dining hall which payment was made online. The delivery boy within 5 mins of placing the order picked the order and marked it as delivered however it was not det. Called him thrice first he said ” he’she’s on the way”, second time he said ” he’s having another order in same locality of pizza and hence he’s getting late will reach there ASAP.
But didn’t reached my place. The name of the delivery boy is suraj. I need you to look into this matter carefully.
I called the executhe replaced my order and second delivery boy was appointed. The executive assured me to get the order delivered in less 30 mins. After 20 mins I called the delivery boy he said ” There’s no petrol in my bike you gpay me 100rs so that I can get you your order and I’ll refund you once my salary is with me. I refused to pay him. Called swiggy again. Spoke to them for 1 hour and the call got disconnected. They assured me to deliver my order in 15 mins but it’s still not here as I am typing this instantly.
I pray before the hon’ble court:
1) To allot me a compensation of rs . 50000.
2) Get free delivery for whole year i.e. 2022
3) Any other just and equitable order which the court may find necessary.
