Hi,
I placed an order in Swiggy around 7:50 PM. My as per the app live tracking my order was supposed to be delivered with in 50 – 60 mins. My order was not delivered I waited till 9:40 PM. When I called up customer care they said they are unable to reach out to delivery partner and Rajeev who is an executive spoke to me and he said he will check if there is any possibility to replace the order, later he confirmed that order has been replaced and ETA will be 70 – 75 mins I was very much disappointed and he said he will transfer my call to Chandradeep – Escalation executive when I started having a conversation with him he was not cooperative and was not helping me with any solutions. He was trying to portrait that I’m the one who’s on the fault. I haven’t seeing someone with most irresponsible response.
