Dear Team,
I am having very bad experience with Amazon.
I had booked IKEA Holmo light and E27 bulb on Thursday ( 29th October) and also paid 100/- extra to get delivered within 1 day and the delivery was scheduled on Saturday 31st October.
Without delivering the requested item the status shows delivered.
I have spoken to customer care executives but no one is able to say anything clearly.
I need clarification why such unprofessional services we are getting from Amazon.
I have already paid for the product so i am need dier need of it.
I need to know when should i get?
Customer care says they would need 5 working days to solve this issue which i found was the most lame excuse i was given.
I expect a early response from your end.
