Zomato has the most pathetic and unacceptable support chain I’ve experienced. They asked me to open another person’s food order and take pictures just to prove that i received an incorrect order. This is downright ridiculous. As soon as the delivery executive informed me of the mix up I refused to accept someone else’s food. The delivery executive himself has accepted this mixup and I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for them to call and check with the support executive. I would like an immediate resolution to this by refunding the entire amount barring which I plan to take this issue further and escalate.
