Placed an order on Paytm Mall with order ID: 137265059901 on May 31st. The promised delivery was June 7th. Its June 18th today and I haven’t received the order yet. I’ve been trying to reach out to paytm care and nobody gives a proper response and most of the time never even respond. The customer care number is automated and there is no provision to speak to an agent. The twitter handle of paytm care upon multiple queries regarding the issue promised last week that by June 18th the order would be delivered. If I question that today, they replied saying now it will be June 25th. This is outright ridiculous, irresponsible and pathetic customer service that they are providing. I need them to Cancel the order and refund me immediately and compensate me for the loss of time I had to wait and waste my time chasing paytm care n begging them on status of my order!
