I have ordered a product worth ₹2344 from Amazon. In the app it showed ordered delivered and kept in BB daily basket. Delivery guy didn’t contact and kept the order at not secure place and that too w/o asking. I filed investigation with Amazon team and received a call from delivery guy. He accepted his mistake but he didn’t propagated his mistake to higher level and thus as per investigation the result was that the product was received by me which I never received.
