- My case number is Regarding your query with Paytm Care (Reference No.: 99496736) I was made a complaint one weak back still no response I was called to customer care service 3 or 4 times and continuesly chat with 24/7 help line but no response I am paid money I didn’t get delivery I am very much need of my product but paytm service was alwasa says we will solve your quary soon .so please do on my case to refund my money
