We had placed an order no. 158597336651784 on 10 nov 2023 for Rs 2379. The order was never delivered to us. When called delivery person Mr Chirag Arora to enquire on the order, he told order has been snatched away by some people.. he is raising a complaint with swiggy and need the OTP to raise the compliant. OTP was told to him due to the scenario he narrated to us.BUt after that the order remained undelivered and after some time delivery was marked without we receiving the order. We immediately called the customer care. The customer care executive called the delivery executive chirag Arora and he also confirmed that the order was not delivered. But still we havent received our refund yet. We have been continuously trying to speak to your customer care executive and also sent several emails but in vain.
