I have ordered food from Burger King entered my address manually however it took another address for GPI which was not entered by me after the order was placed I got a call from delivery man that he is out of my house which he wasn’t I informed him tha he is on wrong address still he forced that I have entered that wrong address from my side. I had a word with the customer service representative Sana she committed that I’ll get my order delivered at my home address I need to pay extra for home delivery or I need to collect the order from the wrong address myself which was 15km from my home. I also had a word with her supervisor Kadhir who rudely disconnected my call while I was talking. And they have denied to deliver the parsal I also had a word with Angali who told me I’ll be getting my order at my home address after 2 hrs of talk with them still the delivery man Vijay was denying to deliver the parcel to me later on I got a call from ZOMATO Support team he talked rudely and cancelled my order from his side without even asking me and said I need to pay cancellation charges of the bill which is there policy as per them I have informed them several times DO NOT CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT ASKING ME THEY HAVE CANCELLED IT.
He have talked hardly 5 mins in which he was not ready to listen my concern he directly told me that he is going to cancel my order and I’ll not get it also need to pay cancellation charges. Now I want my refund back into my original bank account worst and pathetic customer service experience I ever had
