It is unprofessional and purposefully done by Zomato that if the order is not delivered, don’t pick call and if repeated call is coming, block the number. Otherwise an ordinary delivery guy will never do it because he knows, he will loose his job. This is I think the latest trend of companies dealing on digital platforms to train their staff on digital fraud also. The customer support executive is telling that 135 rs is added in promo immediately after the complaint. This shows that it is again a fraud initiated by the company.
Dear Zomato, if you cannot do ethical business, you will not stay in business for long.
