Text of Complaint by Keyur:

I have placed order online (with mobile application on 26/10/2022 at 12:44. On inquiry customer care executive answered me at 01:09PM that package will be handed over to delivery partner within 3 min, at that time delivery executive was also not assigned. However after repeated and frequent follow up also no satisfactory response was received from customer care executive, hotel or delivery executive. Finally, at approx 01:57PM, I have received information that order has been cancelled because of unavailability of item and refund of amount was initiated. Kindly help me out as I have ordered it for my old aged mother and kid as I was out of town and this led to a lot of issues and they had to suffer a lot without any specified reason. In case, the item was not available, how they have keep us waited for more than an hour and also why they have sent response that it will be handed over in 2-3 min at 01:09 PM.
