This complaint is regarding the order number# 148664983294. I placed an order on 12th October at around 9pm. The order was accepted and promised to deliver within 35 minutes.
At around 9.50pm, I received a message that the order is delayed and will be delivered in the next 15 minutes. I order for the guests who are waiting for it.
At around 10.28pm, again I received a message stating that we are unable to process your order because the restaurant is closed.
This was an embarrassing moment for me as my guest was waiting for that order for so long.
This is really unacceptable, if you are not able to deliver, then stop servicing as there are more efficient players available in the market who can serve better than you.
I also complained about such types of issues in the past as well but there was no action taken on those complaints.
