I have ordered grocery from Flipkart. The order was supposed to be delivered on 4th sep 2022. When I Check on the app it was showing delivered. My order I’d is OD125878093337625000 . I have raised several complaints with Flipkart representatives but nobody is giving any resolution. Everyone has the same response like, it will deliver on 9th , 10th 11th 12th of sep 202. But till date I am not able to mybdeliver. I am fed up telling the same story to different executives on daily basis. Company is not able to register the complaint properly as the same issues has to told to each one multiple times. This is giving mental harassment and killing my quality time also. Daily I am getting nonsense assurance from the executives which is of no use. Just refund my money with intrest. I will never do any purchase from flipcart in future.
