Complaint : I have PURCHASE TWO QUICK HEAL ANTIVIRUS PRO FROM LT ONLINE STORE (www.ltonlinestore.com ) Address: Gr.17, Podar Chamber, Store Lane, Near RBI Bank, Fort, Mumbai 400001 ,purchase date : 31- 05-2020 Payment is debited from my account – Rs.600.62 on CREDIT Card xx0738 at ltcartridgePayU on 2020-05-31:21:40:08. But no order confirmation till now received and no information when an order is supply, i have continuously email company registered email ID : india@ltonlinestore.in but no reply received regarding order delivery. Even i drop an email refund my amount but no reply received from company moreover no customer care no response no one pick up the phone. please help me and other who make the payment against this this fraud company.
