Dear Team,
I have order some dry fruits on ur paytym shopping mall, cashew which I received it’s stale and bitter in taste, dates was less than 500 gm and dry frigs packets was not delivered but it’s showing delivered to my home.
What kind of services are you providing. I have order in bunk appx 4k , and you people sending all rotten n stale products , which is harazdous to health. Kindly refund my money and take your products back.
I will sure make online complaint except almond all products are stale n swelling like hell.
Request to collect your products and provide me refund. Henceforth I will never order grocery products from paytym.
I called customer care 10 times waiting period is more than 40 mins still executive don’t come on phone. Seriously you need to improve your customer care services as well.
