Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to the above subject matter i would to like to raise complaint on my order no.6232220032. I ordered Nike shoe and the size is 6 and subsequently it got delivered on time, but size what is expect is not comfortable to my leg. Hence request paytm to cancel and refund my amount.
But twice rejection pickup got attempted and subsequently got cancelled, but i never got any call from courier persons for both the instances. I came to know the rejection pickup thru paytm app only.
I request to kindly accept my compliant and do the needul, i am ready to take next size of the same brand and colour from paytm only. My only issue is size only.
Awiating for the speedy redressel in this regard.
