This is about my order no: 408-8074375-4573927. The product Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 is defective. A technician assigned by your customer care inspected the product and confirmed that there is a hardware defect in the product. Following this, Amazon agreed to return the product and refund the payment. Amazon first confirmed the pickup date as August 6, 2023, but no pickup partner contacted me, or anyone came to my place upon follow-up. I have since then contacted customer care service several times and have been assured every time that the pick-up would be scheduled and completed. Then Amazon reconfirmed the pick dates as August 10, 2023, and then 15 of August 2023, but both times the pick-up service did not turn up at my place. After every scheduled pickup failure, false reasons are stated by Amazon for the failure of pickup.
