Text of Complaint by Pinki Puri:

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from Country Delight. I placed an order on 18th July for a product that was supposed to be delivered by 20th July. Today, it is the 16th of August, and I have yet to receive my order.

I have been tirelessly trying to get assistance through your app’s customer support system by opening several complaints, but to my utter dismay, each time the case is supposedly “resolved” without any actual resolution. The issue persists, and I have not received any communication or help from your team in this regard.
This delay is highly unacceptable, and the lack of response or assistance from your customer support team is aggravating the situation.

Adding to my frustration, I have attempted to contact your customer care via phone, only to be told that they cannot assist me due to “technical issues.” This is not only disappointing but also astonishing. How can I be expected to endure such a prolonged ordeal, especially when it’s not my fault?
