I am purchases samsung A8 Tab on 12th Jan 2023, It was not working. Then return it on on 22nd Jan 2023. Delivery agent say this item not showing IMEI Number.
Than I contact customer care and customer care make return with out checking for second time return option on 26th Jan 2023.
But 27th Jan 2023 Delivery agent called me for return purpose 10:15 AM. I am in Duty he told OK Sir I will collect evening 4:30 PM . In evening he came to my home with out phone call and told from Amazon return pick up. Than I give that product.
In app is not showing return track next day. I complaint to customer care. But my issue is not solved. Till date I contacting customer care. Answer is 3 to 5 days. And our special team investigating you product. Finally 3 days are (7 time) and 5 Days are (4 times) till Same Answer. 25th February 2023 registerd complaint also says we want time 3 to 5 days. But issue wasn’t solve.
