Text of Complaint by Santosh Pradhan:

Dear Sir/Mam. I have ordered a RO water purifier from Flipkart on 24th July 2021 and paid Rs 6569 through card. Flipkart promised to deliver the product by 26th July 2020 but till 28th July order not delivered to me and when asked customer support said that the seller have some issue and your order will be delivered ASAP. On 29th July i got update that my order got delivered and it will reached by 30th July 2020. But till 1st Aug issue still persist. Today when i called and try to speak through customer support they suggest me to cancelled my order and reorder the same product and if the price of the product get increase the difference will be paid after 7 days of delivery and when i denied this they disconnected the call. I asked him to how could i reorder the product from the same seller who take my order previously and not able to deliver the product.

Sir/Mam. I want to raise a complaint against flipkart to not provide the service and harassment faced by me after payment of the product and need compensation of Rs 100000 to not fulfill his obligation to the customer.
