I had ordered a pair of shoes from meesho on 8th APR and order was shipped on time and order is in Faridabad warehouse from 13th April and delivery date was 17th April. On 17th April I didn’t receive the order so I complaint the same they told me that order will be delivered on 20th but in 20th also I didn’t get any updates from delivery partner. On 22nd April in the morning I got a call from the delivery boy that please share your location for the delivery so I told him to cancel the order as it is not required anymore, he told me I am sharing you the cancellation code and he disconnected the call after that several times I had tried to call him but he didn’t pick my calls and in the evening he update the status as delivered and In actual I didn’t receive any product. From 22nd April evening I was trying to call him he is not answering the calls..and Meesho team is saying please wait for 7 days which is the time period of product exchange and return. I need your help to get my money back and to take the action against the delivery boy His number is +917015515265.
