Text of Complaint by Rahul Patel:

I have ordered couple of things from JioMart on 13th July, 2020 and paid an amount of 1005.00/- Rs. through HDFC credit card under 10% cashback offer which is valid till 17th July, 2020. After successful placement of order it showed me the expected delivery date of 15th July, 2020. Today on 15th July, 2020 I tried to check the order status through whatsApp support feature, the orderId was not present in their list. Then I call Customer executive, he noted down all the details and told me to call back after some time due to technical issue. Then I again called back, other lady executive heard the complaint and she disconnected the call. Again I called back other guy noted down all the things and he told me that order is not present in our system and then he disconnected the call. Again I called back, other lady executive noted down all the details and she told me that order is not present in our system and I will raise a complain with the concern team. Still I am not sure whether they will deliver or not or refund the money back or not. Earlier also I have complaint about the rotten onion and Coccinia delivery 10 days back which is still not resolved.
