I ordered “Allie Wood Alex Engineered Wood Coffee Table” on October 5. When I tried to cancel it in order to buy a new product, I was not able to cancel the order.
While ordering, its policies were not written legible on the website.
The dimensions, photos, price etc., was written clearly on the front page,
but the note that “this order cannot be cancelled” was not written on the front page. It was written in small font in the inside page.
These warnings should be written on the front page itself.
This is a spam from Flipkart and it’s seller. What is the meaning of online stores if I am not able to cancel a product I order??? Should I spent money to these cheating people??
If the seller does not allow to cancel or return the product Flipkart should not include those products.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Kindly advise me whether I should go legally.
