I ordered an item (Matushri Art Zinc, Alloy Gold-plated Ruby Red, Green, White Jewellery Set) 12th April which was delivered on 17th April.Because of its May size issue, I placed a request for return on 25th April.The logistics guy calls on 30th April and says I have come to pick up the order.I said this is my office address which is closed today because of Sunday, you can pick up on May 1.I wait till 10 pm no one is there for pick up, after some time we get message that your order has been canceled,After that I call the customer care, then they tell that the return will not be possible because the return time was 10 days, which is over.Such dirty service was not expected from Flipkart.
