Order got cancelled by Swiggy and Swiggy refused to refund for the order I paid for

Text of Complaint by Zoaif Mohammed:

I ordered a Gemini Sunflower Oil on 21/05/2022 FROM Swiggy Instamart using Swiggy app and selected time slot between 3pm-4pm. When I did not receive any text or call from Swiggy or from delivery partner within the time slot then I wanted to call and complaint but they don’t have customer care number then I found a chat option on their app so I chatted with two different agent named Avinash and Sonal Saha. They refused to give me the refund for the order which got cancelled from their end. It is actually their fault because I wanted the order to be delivered between 3-4 pm but they did not called me or text me about my order. later on I saw some miss calls from 4.12 onwards and they said that they tried calling me and I did not answer. I told them that if they had called me after the time slot to deliver the order then it means that the delivery boy was late and hence he called me up from 4.12 pm onwards so it is their fault and they should refund my money. But those agents were so annoying, unprofessional, robotic, and unhelpful. They were only writing their cancellation policy without understanding the whole situation. Firstly I did not get the product that I paid for, then on top they never called me within my selected time time slot which is 3-4 pm, then the delivery boy called after 4.12 pm and cancelled the order from their end and refused to give me my own money.stating that a cancellation fee is applicable to your order to compensate for the loss incurred. I want to know what kind of losses were incurred by Swiggy when I am paying for the product and delivery also so It is my loss not Swiggy. Who gave them the right to Swiggy to steal my money without sending me the order and that is when it is Swiggy who is at fault and it is their delivery partner who were unable to call me or text and deliver the order on time. Why will I suffer any financial loss because of Swiggy pathetic service and incompetency? I want my money back anyhow. Swiggy and their whole management from delivery boy to the chat agents to the supervisor are all corrupt and fraud and cheaters who are looting their customers hard earned money by applying these cheap tricks and techniques in the name of cancellation fee. If Swiggy do not resolve this case and then trust me I will take it legally and this is not a warning mind it. Swiggy has given me mental harassment apart from financial loss and you cannot get away with this. I have already put it on twitter tagging the CEO and I will put all the call recording and chat conversation and my call list showing the time when the delivery boy called me on all the Social media platforms if this is not fixed.
