I had ordered a sweet box from paytm on 4th November 2023. The promised delivery date was 11th November. The order was incorrectly marked as delivered on 11th November at around 3 pm.
I was at my place since morning but neither did any delivery person come to my doorstep to deliver the order nor did anyone give me a call.
It was marked as delivered without the order being delivered.
paytm ondc support said that due to technical issue the order was marked as delivered last Saturday but there has been no communication post that from their side.
